ADVANCED PROGRAM

Longevity Signature Sculpt is the foundation of the advanced program — a rhythmic full-body practice designed to build strength, endurance, mobility, and flow through intentional repetition and music-driven movement.
​
Additional sculpt, Pilates-inspired strength, cardio, and mindful flows are integrated throughout the week to create a balanced practice that tones, energizes, and supports long-term progression.
BEGINNER PROGRAM

Signature Light and foundational LG Method classes create a supportive low-impact practice designed to build strength, mobility, posture, and confidence through intentional movement and repetition.

Gentle sculpt, Pilates-inspired flow, and mindful movement support consistency, body awareness, and long-term progression at a slower, more accessible pace.
