You can do this course at your own time and repeat it as many times as you like, it's yours forever.

-There isn't a specific order of practice. It depends what do you need today to Rise. Connect to yourself and listen to your intuition

-Find a quiet space 

- Stay hydrated especially during the workouts 

- Start a journal to write down your progress, thoughts and how you feel during the different classes

- Practice consistently for at least 40 days to create new healthy habits and really get to know the content

- Listen to your body and be gentle with yourself
